I own an 09 C300 MB and cannot seem to get any help from MB or Sirius for a problem with this service.When I tune to Sirius, all I get is an error message stating either "acquiring signal" or "updating channels".

After he could not explain why I had a bill for service during a time was receiving offers in the mail to reactivate, and overlapping a new billing period, they said I called and waited; he finally credited my bill.
