Etrust server not updating 10 simple rules for dating my daughter tv show
You idiots forced an update on a perfectly good operational program and now I have to screw with this darn pc.
Haven't you learned anything from microsoft's continued debockles that you have to have ALL the bugs figured out before you release software!
Btw, the whole package did screw up once a long time ago, and I had to uninstall/reinstall it, so that might be in your future, too.
Overall, it's been a great, reliable package for me.
I've monkeyed with the "tools"-"options"-tabs/settings for over an hour with no success. Because it changed it on the PC and not just for firefox (not my primary browser). But now that I see that this is happening with firefox on my PC I fully intend to NOT mess up my Mac....
I'll let you figure out the bugs first (a month or two) and then maybe update it.ranting around like this won't help anything...
(I work offsite daily) but since they know nothing about ading Linux would be my burden.... One icon has the letters 'AV' (antivirus), the other has the letters 'EZ' (firewall).
Been using the EZ Armor package for a few years now. When I double click on the 'EZ' icon (not the 'AV'), the firewall program opens up and the instructions from your top post in this thread work perfectly, as in, there's the Lock icon, there's the 'Program Control', there's the 'Generic Host Process for Win32', etc.
Congratulations on an uncluttered computer BTW Ever thought about Linux .... I will un-install the AV program and re-install from the yahoo site. I would Linux if I could get some IT support for it from my office.... I've had mac's for years and have never had any problems.... Consequently, there are two icons in my system tray, one for antivirus, one for the firewall. If you want to contact Mozilla, try the Feedback site...
